AAMT Tasmania Division is one of the fastest growing Divisions of the AAMT, almost doubling membership numbers over the past eighteen months.

Using massage as the unifying modality, the priority in Tasmania is to develop a community of therapists with a communication network of members using AAMT website, the AAMT Newsletter/Journal and informal networks.

The Tasmanian Committee is a dedicated group of practitioners from a range of backgrounds and modalities with a commitment to serve members and provide educational events that can be readily accessed across the island including informal events and a stimulating series of CPE workshops over a wide range of massage and related therapies, together with workshops on business management, ethical standards and other issues.

The Tasmanian professional development program aims to provide local members with skills in these areas and both local and mainland speakers will be sourced to fulfill this aim.
