Page 18 and 21 Manchester Unity do not accept Certificate of Massage Therapy (HLT40302/HTL40307)

Page 22 Members do not need to register with HCF or Manchester Unity to obtain a provider number. Members should use their AAMT Member Number, eg AAMT12345, Surname and Clinic Address should also be included on receipts.

Members are not required to telephone the HCF or Manchester Unity Office. For more details go to the HCF website https://www.hcf.com.au/
